Try before you pay

Every new account starts with a free 3-day trial with 100 credits. No card is needed, so you can try Cutdesk before you buy anything.

Monthly renewal

Paid plans (MCP Starter $24/month, MCP Pro $65/month, Cutdesk AI Starter $54/month and Cutdesk AI Pro $129/month, in USD) renew automatically each month and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

How to cancel

Cancel at any time from the Account page in the app ("Manage plan and billing"), or email [email protected] from your account's email address and we'll cancel for you. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan and credits stay available until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your projects become read-only. Your projects aren't deleted when you cancel; you can subscribe again to keep editing.

No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We don't give refunds or credits for partial months, unused credits, downgrades or periods in which you didn't use the Service. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in; where the law requires a refund, we'll provide it.

Billing errors

If you think you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled), email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we'll look into it and fix any error.
